Just a Spoon Full of Sugar

We took Annie into the City to see her very first musical.  Saying she loved it would be an under statement. She was riveted from start to finish and did not say one word through.  She clapped after every show and had a smile on her face the entire time.  The ice cream at Ghirardelli wasnt bad either.  We will be back, Lion King here we come!

Disneyland 2013

Not gonna lie.  Disneyland was rough.  Really rough.  There was vomit.  There were tears.  There was blood.  Okay no blood but might as well have been.  I was not giving up.  My kid was gonna leave Disneyland with a smile or a stretcher.   Luckily for all involved it was the former.  Until next time my worthy opponent Mr. Mouse, until next time.

Jack did not cry one time the entire day, not once.  That is three less times than Mommy.

Baby Jack will know he has an Uncle Eric.

Kerstin and her kids came out for the morning!  Sounds like it would be a ton of fun right?  Should have been.  Mommy did have fun catching up with Kerstin though!

And so it begins.

Jack says, "Im cool, all these princesses seem high maintenance."

Uncle Jon came!  Where is the picture you ask?  There is none as Mommy was off getting advil at the hotel for Annie.

Where are the rest of the princesses you ask?  Who knows, Annie left to visit first aid.

Cut to 4 hours, 1 nap, 1 hour in a gift shop under the fan (thank you Grammy Cathy and Grammy Wendy!!) two Small World go arounds, and we start to see a smile.

And a wave?  Oh man, never has a wave made this Mommy so happy.  I cried I was so relieved.

Not every kid gets a Minnie Medic sticker.  Has to be a collectors edition of some sorts.

The smile gets bigger.  Jayden earned her Big Cousin stripes on this trip for sure.

My parents came too!  Where are the pictures?  This is it friends.  Be grateful Annie is smiling.

The corn dog was EXCELLENT going down.  Not as good coming up.

Success!  Sort of.  Well...errrr....I'm calling it a success.
