Entry way done
I love a warm entry into a house. Very pleased how this turned out. See Uncle Todd, I told you I had a plan ;-).
Bath Time!
This weekend has been as relaxing as it has been busy, which is always nice. Last night Adam and I sat outside and looked at the stars which are beautiful here. Listening to the crickets and just relaxing.
Today I had to forgo the Kite festival with Lisa, Kerren, Shannon and kiddos to run over to Redwood shores to return a carpet cleaner and buy a couch. No where near as much fun, and I'm so sorry to have missed, but really trying to get everything done before returning to work next week.
Today I met some more new neighbors, this week I met 3 new ones. One of them has a 15 year old daughter Madeline who babysits, SCORE. And the other family just moved here from Arizona and have twin 19 month old babies. SCORE!
Tomorrow I am off to the welcome brunch for my new Mommies group. There are about 30 new members out of about 600 moms. I ended up meeting the Co-President through QuinStreet and she is fab and I can't wait to meet her in person after our phone conversations. I hope that everyone has had a great weekend.
A special Happy Birthday to Jayden. How on earth she ended up 9 already we will never know, but we love her oodles!
After all the hard work Annie enjoyed her bath in her new tub!

Very productive!
This weekend we got a ton done! Only about 6 more things to hang. The dining room is done sans the silk drapes from our old place I would like to hang on either side of the windows, hopefully we will get to that next weekend with my dads help.
At first I thought that I wanted a more formal dining set, but after Adam and I discussed we wanted all the rooms in our house to be very usable space, and once we got our set in, I just loved it.
Very happy with the progress, and thrilled that all of the leaves fit in my table, we can comfortably seat 8 and you can walk the whole way around the table, which if you had dinner at our old place you know was not quite possible.
