We still have a lot to do in the yard. We have to finish the irrigation in the planters and to the pots on Monday, LOTS of planting, fire screen is being custom made for the top of the fire pit, the two lounge chairs and 2 more swivel rockers for the fire pit are coming Monday, and possibly an umbrella.
But, I have to say so far I am REALLY loving how things are coming together. We went from a huge plot of unusable grass to 3 sitting areas we can use. Going to be a very fun summer.
We are going to plant climbing roses and some low greenery in between the fountain and the AC unit. Thats on the docket over the next few weeks.
We fired her up last night and it was amazing! So warm with the two rings. We are getting a stainless steel mesh screen that goes over the pit. This is to prevent shooting lava rocks, protect the yard, and keep it safe around the little ones. That should be here in 3 weeks.
I could not love the furniture we chose more! Thanks for the help on the seats Jeegs! Good choice!
They are coming to paint the electrical box and wood on Monday.
I think I am going to stick with Red, White, and Yellow flowers back here.
This empty area is for the chaise lounges coming Monday. We also have 2 more swivel rockers coming for either end of the fire pit to make a total of 4.
Lots of planting to do, and we plan to get a few vines to grow in addition to the flowers to grow around the trellis.
