It's officially fall this week. Now, the 100 degree weather would have you believe otherwise but it's true.
That's my green light to get out my Halloween gear! I had so much fun decorating my two mantles this year. I think everything came out great, and the ABSOLUTE best was Annie helped me do it all. She helped with the cob webs and says the lighters (the lights) are her favorite part.
I think this is going to be a great Holiday season for our family and I am very much looking forward to it.
With the lights all on. I can't wait to watch some spooky movies with Adam. Annie and I are going to watch Dora's Halloween Parade this weekend. Oh Joy ;-).

We got a ton of Halloween cookie and cupcake stuff. We are having Dylan and Katherine over to bake spooky treats in 2 weeks.
I was excited to have a second space to decorate this year. I like keeping the decorations up and out of the way so it does not get in the way of every day life. I have had a lot of the stuff on this table for over 10 years. The nutcrackers are actually my mom's so they are older than that!
We got 2 haunted house kits to decorate as a family. I hope they turn out better than my gingerbread house at Christmas last year.
These guys are getting ready to go outside! I am going to have them crawling up and down the house. We have them and a few other surprises. I am going to wait until next week (October 1) to do the outside. You all know I'm nuts, no need to advertise it ;-)
