Oh what a difference a drape makes...

I am a big fan of silk drapes. I think they add luxury to a room. We do have shutters throughout the house, but I love the extra layer of warmth this adds to the look of a room. We put them in the guest room (should be done Friday), the dining room, and our bedroom into the bathroom for privacy when and if needed. I am in love with each set. I am amazed that we have been able to use almost everything from our old place and only had to buy a few pieces of furniture.

Last room will be the family room. We need the couch and media center to show up in about a month and that's all she wrote. Then we just live!

Living Room-one couch from done!

The living room just needs the other brown couch to show up, should come on Friday, and its all done! We plan to add a few toy bins and let the kids watch movies and play while grown ups get to watch the news in the family room. The Wii and games will also go here. Hopefully we don't have any Wii accidents ;-). We want to make sure all rooms are usable and comfortable.

Today, Bathrooms!

We got the pictures hung in the Powder Room and in Annie's bathroom. Hers needs some accessory love but that will have to wait until next weekend. Love how they both are looking! Only one day of PTO left, think we can get it all done? I think YES!
