No Labor here in the OC!

We have had an absolutely wonderful weekend down in the OC. Cathy flew us out which was a treat! The flight got us off to a tired start, but Cathy had everything set up for us when we go there! Car seats for the baby, PackNPlay, high chair etc. It made it just like being at home. Thanks Cathy!!! The whole family has been spending time together, swimming, museums, Rock Band II, cooking, and cocktails!!! Everything a big family should be doing on a Labor Day Weekend!

Grammy, Annie, and Hippo!!

Annie LOOOOOOOOVED swimming with Grammy. They had as much fun as I have ever seen Annie have. She would have stayed in the pool all day if I let her.

'Don't I look cute in my cousin Ainsleigh's swimming suit?" She's got great hand me downs.

The 2 Sisters and their 4 Children and then the 3 grandchildren for Cathy....the circle goes on!

The family! Also another FANTASTIC pic from the weekend. Michelle and I were the photogs.

Sisters and the babies. I love this picture, but man the babies need some sun!

"There are so many feet here, I am not sure whose are mine!"

"Holy Puffs! Gavin's toes taste better than my own! This is fantastic!"

"Oh boy daddy, do you see, Bella is coming!!!"
One thing we learned on this trip without a doubt is that Annie loves, loves loves dogs. In particular, Bella, or Bell Bell. This is Aunt Michelle and Uncle Eric's puppy. She is a sweet girl, and Annie is in LOVE!

Annie brought Gavin a laptop like the one her Grumps bought for her. He seemed to like it quite a lot. Here they are playing. I am not sure what site they are browsing but Gavin does NOT look like he approves!!!

Let's just pretend....

Aunt Michelle did some research on some fun things for us to do while were visiting the OC and she found this great museum, called Pretend City. I don't know if we have them up North, but it was new to me, and just ADORABLE. Everything was super detailed. The whole city existed for kids to run through and "live." They got money, had careers, stores, farms, etc. All it was missing was a Saks Fifth Avenue. However, they did have a BMW dealership.

Beep Beep! Uncle Jerry this one is for you! I picked out my first BMW. It's Sapphire Blue, with black leather. I got the optional IPod adapter for my Baby Einstein, and some sweet rims.

"This baby corners like it's on rails"

"Says here my tire pressure is a bit low...."

Annie had SOOOOOO much fun with Grammy in the water at the Pretend City. She would have gotten in for a swim if we had let her.

"Am I tall enough to ride Grammy?" "No?" "Well how tall do I have to be?, I am almost in my 12 month Jammies does that count?"

Uncle Todd thought the best thing about the trip was the hand sanitizers that were everywhere. He is in the medical profession you know. I think he referred to all the other kids as germ bags.

"Heee Ha Grammy, I am ready to do some farmin'"

Picking oranges with Daddy.

Lifes a beach!

The only place in the pretend city that was closed was the bank. I don't know if that was intentional social commentary or not, but I was amused. Clearly, so was Annie. She's laughing at all the suckers not banking at USB.

Grammy Cathy found the beach!

Ainsliegh took her crops to the grocery store to sell them. She did quite well.

Fabulous face painting. 2 bucks such a deal!!

Gavin and Annie rocking their Uppas. Annie's is black, because that goes with everything. Gavin's silver because, well, he is cool like that.
